Congratulations to Michael Land for winning employee of the quarter for Quarter 4, of 2022! Michael Land, who is located at our Petersburg branch is a very talented Member Services Representative. He strives for outstanding customer service and an example of that is how he goes above and beyond for our members. He communicates very well with members and staff and his upbeat attitude and initiative to get things done doesn't go unnoticed. Michael just started assisting with opening member accounts virtually and both members and ALPS staff have enjoyed it. Manages the day-to-day activities of all collection-related functions. Handles delinquent loan collections, repayment and workout agreements, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and management of foreclosed assets. Kelsea is also a part of our frontline staff. Our frontline staff is responsible for the day to day care for our membership. This includes managing member accounts, transactions, and providing assistance to our members while using our products & services. Their main goal is provide our membership with exceptional member service.

Lending

Adrienne Cromwell
Senior Loan Officer
Processes Real Estate and Commercial loans. The Senior Loan Officer also works closely with the CEO to carry out loan department goals, as well as the implementation of new products, and back office functions of the loan department. Our Senior Loan officer provides supervision to all lending staff. This position is under the direction of the CEO.

Efren Arce
Loan Officer
Primarily processes consumer and Real Estate loans. Interviews loan applicants by reviewing the member application and credit report, and assesses all needs of the member. The Loan officer approves loans within defined criteria, and makes recommendations on all others for approval or denial to the Senior Loan officer. The Loan officer is responsible for coordinating loan closings and disclosing terms, payment conditions, dates and methods of repayment. The Loan Officer position is under direct supervision of the Senior Loan Officer.
