From teens to toddlers, we help our young members learn basic financial skills by having their own ALPS FCU Youth Account. Minors must have a joint account owner at least 18 years old, and a photo ID or birth certificate.

Checking and debit cards for teens
After going through our Financial Education Overview, teens 13 and up can get a checking account and Debit Card to help them learn real life money management skills. The overview covers debit cards, writing checks, balancing a checkbook and more. No minimum balance requirements or account fees.
Every year, we award scholarships up to $2,500 to exceptional local students.
National Credit Union Youth Month
During April, we celebrate our young members with games, prizes, drawings and refreshments at our branches.
